This policy explains what information TonePerks collects when you visit toneperks.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by TonePerks Pvt. Ltd., Lahore, Pakistan, the company behind CallPerks. For anything to do with your information, email info@toneperks.com.
This policy covers this website only.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
We receive what you type: the kind of organisation you are, your name, organisation and email address, and, if you add them, your phone number and job title, plus your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it.
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes your submission on to us by email.
When you browse the site
- Google Analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us how many people visit, which parts of the page they read, roughly where they are (country and city), what device and browser they use, and which site sent them. It also records which buttons and links are used, for example the contact form being sent. These reports do not include your name, email address or the content of your message.
- Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting provider counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Server logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages briefly process your IP address and browser details so they can send you the page and protect the site.
- Fonts and scripts. Your browser downloads our typeface from Google Fonts and an animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Those services receive your IP address when it does.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and your choice
The first time you visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics runs unless you decline. Declining switches it off straight away, deletes the cookies it had set, and keeps it off on later visits from the same browser.

Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website for us, each for the purpose described above:
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless visit counts
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Fonts
- Web3Forms — delivering contact form messages
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivering an animation library
These providers may process information on servers outside Pakistan. We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and afterwards as part of our normal business records. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@toneperks.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
